K-League
The K-league is designed to get kids interested in staying active through lacrosse. Each session in this program builds lacrosse skills through fun drills and games. Games are non-contact and played with a soft ball.
K-league is played locally, so no travel is involved. Both boys and girls work with parents and coaches to learn lacrosse and have fun!
WHO
This program is for boys and girls ages 5-6.
WHERE
Pricaties will be held at sports fields in Blacksburg or Christiansburg. No travel is required.
WHEN
Practices will be held from 5:30-6:30 one evening per week.
COST
The cost of registration is $50. A $30 USA Lacrosse membership is required for insurance purposes.
EQUIPMENT
We have sticks you can borrow! No equipment is needed.
PRACTICES
The first 30 minutes of each session will focus on skills and drills. For the second half we will play small-sided, non-contact games.
